Elizabeth has dedicated her career to quality transformation and regularly consults companies on leading practices, organisational models and technologies that lead to better business outcomes. Elizabeth is also an enthusiastic sales and delivery leader who readily embeds innovation into her client based work. This includes promoting and implementing transformative solutions such as analytics based test modeling & optimization, scriptless automation and AI enabled defect analytics. For her dedication to innovation and leading a talented team of engineers, Elizabeth was recently awarded the NA Software Testing Awards “Testing Leader of the Year”.
