Dr. Sanjeev Rastogi is a Chief Executive Officer of the Global Capability Centre (GCC) at ADANI Group. Adani Group's GCC is poised to be India's first multi-industry and multi-functional centre, setting a precedent for the future. Dr. Rastogi's leadership and extensive experience in managing large-scale transformation efforts across finance, IT, HR, and procurement will be instrumental in driving the success of this pioneering initiative. Before joining Adani Group, Dr Rastogi was a Partner and Head of Capability Enhancement Centre at Deloitte. His tenure at Deloitte was marked by strategic initiatives that drove significant improvements in operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Dr Rastogi's track record is characterized by his ability to deliver substantial savings through simplification, productivity enhancements, and innovative solutions. In his previous role as Head of APAC Business Services at Syngenta, Dr. Rastogi managed a highly skilled and diverse team spanning 19 countries. At Syngenta, he was instrumental in optimising finance operations and driving digital transformation across the APAC region. With his extensive background and passion for delivering results, Dr Rastogi is well positioned to lead Adani's GCC towards becoming a global leader in multi-functional business services.
